Deposit to a Bank account (only for deliveries within Greece)
The order will be shipped as soon as we receive payment in one of the following bank accounts. You must send us a copy of the bank payment order by fax to or e-mail to. Once the relevant deposit is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with the written confirmation of your order. With the sending of this e-mail, the process for sending the products begins.
With credit card
We accept Visa, Master Card & Maestro. If your card is rejected by our system, please verify the accuracy of the information you have submitted. The name and address must be the same as that of the credit card holder. If the problem persists please contact the issuer of your card. (SOON...)
Pay on delivery
Cash on delivery (only for deliveries within Greece). As for the payment upon receipt of the order at your place (cash on delivery payment), you must pay the employee of the transport company upon delivery of the order. To place an order by cash on delivery it is necessary that the delivery address is the same as the billing address.
The cash on delivery method is free.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Product shipments and availability:
For shipments throughout Greece: Delivery time is calculated, depending on the destination, in 1-3 working days from the day of shipment. The shipping cost is € 3.00, while by cash on delivery the cost is plus € 2.50.

Withdrawal and Product Returns:
You have the right to return the products you bought, without having to tell us the reason why you want them returned, within seven (7) days from the date you receive them. In this case you will be charged only the direct cost of returning the products, 3 €. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, along with the receipt and after you have first informed us by telephone. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport of the product. In case the above is not observed, our store will not accept the return. In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive the products.
